The Stegure service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stegure, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.

4.3 Not for Illegal Activities

Stegure is a privacy tool designed to protect legitimate personal and business data. We strictly prohibit the use of Stegure for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Hiding or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Money laundering or tax evasion.
• Planning or coordinating terrorist activities.
• Distribution of malware or ransomware.

Stegure expressly disclaims any liability for the illegal use of its software. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies if presented with a valid court order, to the extent that our Zero-Knowledge architecture allows (providing account metadata, IP logs, etc.).
