Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Stegure application and the immediate provision of premium features (access to high-resolution steganography, unlimited storage, etc.) upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid.

3.2 Free Trial / Free Tier

We offer a robust Free Tier that allows users to test the application’s core text-hiding capabilities and compatibility with their devices. We strongly encourage all users to fully utilize the Free Tier to assess the product’s suitability before purchasing a Premium subscription.

3.3 Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If you were charged multiple times for a single billing cycle due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway.
  • Non-Delivery: If you successfully paid but the premium features were never unlocked on your account, and our support team failed to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

3.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the cycle.
