By accessing, downloading, or using the Stegure application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.

2.2 User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stegure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial (unless utilizing a Business Plan) use.

2.3 User Responsibilities

• Security of Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and MPIN. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Data Integrity: You understand that Stegure is a tool. You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files. Stegure is not liable for data loss due to device failure, forgotten passwords, or file corruption.

2.4 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Stegure (including but not limited to the encryption algorithms, “App Signature” technology, UI design, text, and graphics) are the exclusive property of Stegure and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

2.5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

2.6 Governing Law
